Terms of Service

In plain language
The rules for using Scoraide, including that practice scores are estimates.
These terms govern use of Scoraide (operated by Venakan Info Solutions). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The service
Scoraide provides AI-generated, timed SAT and ACT practice tests with scoring, per-question analysis, and study-plan reports for personal and educational use. Practice scores are estimates based on published national norms and are not official SAT or ACT scores, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for College Board or ACT. SAT is a trademark of the College Board; ACT is a trademark of ACT, Inc.
Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are for the registering family or organization. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access outside your organization. Do not resell or redistribute generated tests, attempt to extract answer keys during an active test, probe or attack the service, or use it to violate a student's privacy. Organizations are responsible for the conduct of their members and for having authority to register the students they add.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Family subscriptions and per-seat organization plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel future renewals at any time. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Privacy and data
Our handling of personal and student data is described in the Privacy Policy. School and agency customers are also covered by the Data Processing Addendum, which controls over these terms for the processing of student data.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that practice scores predict official scores or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update the product and these terms. Material changes will be sent to account owners and, where they affect an agreement you accepted, we will ask you to review the updated version before continuing to use the service. Questions: support@venakaninfo.com.
