Who authorizes a student account

A student never signs up on their own. A parent, a tutoring agency, or a school creates and authorizes the account. When a school or agency registers students for an educational purpose, we act as a service provider to that institution and rely on it to provide any notice to, and obtain any consent from, parents that the law requires (school-authorized consent). When a parent registers their own child, the parent provides consent directly.

What we collect from a child, and why

Only what is needed to deliver practice tests and reports: the profile a parent or staff member enters (name, grade, target score, chosen exam, official test date), the practice tests and the student's responses and timing, and the resulting scores, analysis, and reports. We do not require a child to disclose more than is reasonably necessary, and we do not condition participation on that.

What we never do

• We do not show a child behavioral or targeted advertising.
• We do not sell a child's personal information.
• We do not use student responses to train third-party AI models.
• We do not build a non-educational profile of a student.

Parent and guardian rights

A parent or authorizing guardian can review the personal information we hold about their child, request that we correct or delete it, and refuse to permit further collection or use by closing the student's account. Parents are linked to their children in the product, and account administrators can export or delete a student's data. To exercise these rights, contact your school or agency administrator, or write to support@venakaninfo.com and we will verify the request against the account.

Retention and contact

We keep a child's information only as long as needed to provide the service and delete it on request or when the account is closed, per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy. Questions about children's privacy: support@venakaninfo.com.
